At IPRC we don't just build databases of resumes but carefully establish relationships with well-connected people. We are continously looking for great people and believe in the power of quality hires via referrals and networking.
Do you know someone who could benefit by talking to us? If we succesfully place them you will receive a € 500 cash reward. Please note that this bonus-scheme is only applicable for selected vacancies (marked with the €500 button).
If you know someone (he/she doesn't need to actively search for another job) please follow these steps:
1) Provide all contactdetails, name of employer and jobtitle of the person
2) We'll send the person an email, or call him, with details about the position
3) When interested he/she can apply by sending a CV/resume
4) If suitable we'll invite him/her for a (personal) interview
5) When your friend is hired and still active employed after 90 days you'll receive a cash reward
